The OKI Pro8432WT printer works well. The Digital Heat FX Print Optimizer works well. We originally bought the $200 "Paper Saver" club add-on, but after the first box have switched to the iColor 2-Step Standard Paper, instead of the EZ Peel Coldesi paper (should have waited on not purchased the Paper Saver club membership). This iColor paper has a softer feel and better adhesion to the garment. Also, after Coldesi charge our payment method, very little communication occurred afterward regarding the shipping process... The sales reps give the impression that, "shipping takes about 5 business days," which is only a half-truth. Shipping takes 5 business days and handling takes ANOTHER 5 business days. Please be open about this longer delay. Don't try to blow smoke and tell me something has a shorter timeline when it really doesn't. We got almost no communication until the 30-minute out call to let us know the contracted delivery guy wanted to meet us at our house. We called the week prior, no answer. We emailed, no answer. We called again - nothing. After 8 days of trying to get in touch with someone, we finally got a hold of the sales department who informed us our shipment was out for delivery and the shipping company would be in touch with us. So, my wife had to clock out off work to come home and allow the delivery driver access to the garage. If Coldesi tracked this process more closely like they lead on, it would have made things a lot easier. Coldesi's response was that they "can't control the shipping company." True, but you can sure hold them accountable and not do business with them in the future. Unsatisfactory. The process that was sold to us was that we would get a call the DAY PRIOR to set up an appointment time for delivery. That didn't happen. Again, the machine works fine and the print optimizer works fine....but the customer service and communication after they take your money is way below par. I could foresee, if we had to return something...good luck getting a hold of anyone.

They people at coldesi are wonderful customer service is A1 but the 9541 is terrible and very expensive to have . The paper keeps jamming !!! Daily ! Then i was told after the fact i was suppose to store the paper a certain way with a certain temperature and buy something for the static ! Which i wasnt told in the beginning! Then a $500 part called FUSER UNIT BEWARE!! that breaks from the paper jamming is not covered like why is it not covered ? How convenient !! Its sad that the parts that breaks first on these expensive machines is not covered its not fair to the customers . Bad enough 100 sheets of paper is $500 to replace ink is over $1000 !! This is by far the worse investment i made in my 10 years of printing . I wish i had brought and embroidery machine or DTG i spent close to 20k for the 9541 with the stand and heat press they recommend i needed, which that broke as well and i had to install myself smh. So the paper jammed again today for the 3rd time and broke the $500 part (FUSER UNIT BEWARE) thats not covered so now Im Back on coldesi website burning more cash smh It breaks again Im going to count my losses !! And throw it away i wouldnt even sale it to anyone half price they would be calling me back smh NEVER AGAIN !!!! NEVER !!!
