Really rude guy behind counter. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Shop feels dirty. Lots of weirdo guys in shop at same time. Need a female attend would be my recommendations. Also find another sex shop. Not a good range.

When you shop at this store , think twice ! The store employee was very rude . Not helpful and also watchout their sneaky no refund policies even if your item was still sealed and never being opened.
I went to club x store and I was very happy with staff member Alex. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. I'm buying this stuff first time and she explained me everything with patience . Definitely recommendable, great store and have many variety of things.
going into an adult store is nerve racking enough but the staff member Patrick was very helpful didn't judge and happily showed me all kinds of the product I was looking for. Will defs be back
Absolutely horrible service, I went to pay for my item and the tall red headed male asked me to take me hands off the counter. I asked if he was serious and he replied, hands a full of sweat and this is a clean environment. The surface was a glass counter top. I immediately asked for a refund, to which he replied when he ask most people they just do it straight away and won't do it again. No apology, nothing. He continued to say the poor service I received was my fault for not doing what he said. You lost your self a sale, a customer and gained yourself a bad review. It's called customer service not customer aggressive.
