In August, I won a tee shirt from All Elite Wrestling, and it was sent by DBA Visual Impressions/Hit Promotional Products. Three days ago I received a customs charge from FedEx of $48 CAD because the shipper mislabeled the item value at $222.30. I emailed DBA/Hit Promo to correct the issue, and they tried to tell me to do the labor of contacting *their distributor. Absolute garbage. A contest winner of a tee shirt should never have to perform the tasks of correcting an error the company made. I responded as such, and haven't heard from them since. Do not use Visual Impressions.
