We have done business with Adam for many years now and at first when his business was just starting everything was great but slowly it just went down hill orders where not delivered on time or where wrong, this last order we did was for cancer awareness month in October we never received the completed order on time or a refund. Here we are November and have tried numberous times to contact Adam to no avail we still have not received a refund. If you want your orders not on time or way past your deadline or wrong!!! continue to use Waterloo Printing.

Adam rocks. He is super friendly and easy to work with. He is able to get good deals on brands like Nike and Columbia, saving his customers serious $$. The embroidery work he does is fantastic. I have ordered vests, hats, golf shirts, etc.. We will continue to use Adam at Waterloo Printing for all our needs.

Adam at Waterloo Printing is amazing. He has done several shirts for me for bachelorette parties and they always look so perfect! He is makes me feel like I'm his number 1 client and puts up with all my last minute changes and still gets the shirt to me faster than I expected!! He is so helpful with the shirt sizes and styles! The product always looks so much better than I ever could have imagined! I will definitely keep working with Waterloo printing for all of my printing needs!
