Very disappoint with the service I wait for more than 1 week to make appointments (I have done online) also I have been sent email ,no email reply, also when I try to see what s happen I need to wait more than 40 min in the line ,for my child my Daughter,She has Autism ,I just have been register in this GP .Very disappoint.

Hi Evelyne, have checked the notes and the reported temperature was near normal. We always prioritise children, routine appointments may take up to two days but are often quicker.

When you call 1st thing in the morning to arrange an appointment for 15 months baby( fever,38.8*, blocked nose and coughing)and they only give you the option of a telephone appointment that is booked in the next 2 day( I called on Tuesday morning and it booked for Thursdsy aftenoon). Answer to ur replay:It was 37.5 after an hour of nurofen.(I did mention to the receptionist). Tuesday night I got Er with seizure). Overall I won't recommend this surgery as the receptionists are very rude).
