Derrick and his team at FireLogic are absolutely wonderful! My computer crashed and I needed help asap. Derrick and his team came to my rescue, within a couple of days, I had a completely new laptop, docking station, two new great screens and all of my software installed. Take my computer there that was out of warranty. They did try fixing it and putting in on new parts, but issues came up after issue. So they help me find another computer taking the price I pay so far as a down payment for the new laptop. Then transferring the data once it was all done. The laptop has follow all my expectations. They were good at listening and discussing so we're able to talk about specs to make sure I had the right one.
