Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review concerning my latest experience with Balance. New items were ordered in mid September and as of October 28th, they've not been received. After talking to a staff member, their usual turnaround time for what I needed was three weeks. It's now over six. I've used Balance on various occasions (since 2014), and they had always provided top notch service. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed with this current circumstance and will most likely go with another company for further products.

Awesome job wrapping our truck. Process was amazing, there were a few snags out of their control and they made it right. I Recommend them 100%. Will be back time and time again! From the sales, to the design to install and billing. All was top notch!
