On March 29, 2021, I submitted my warranty claim with the builder (Impression Homes) for the cracks in my back patio coming from under a brick that was not properly grouted leading on to my back porch. When I asked if my porch could be capped to stop the concrete from continuing to crack. I was told that it would probably not be capped because, the cracks are not an 1/8 nor a 1/4 of an inch wide or a 1/4 of an inch displaced and the crack has gotten wider since March. However, I don't understand why my back porch can not be capped; Because, my neighbors of a little over two months had the exact same cracks in their front and back porch and both of their porches was capped a week after asking the builder to fix the problem. I have been in my home for over 9 months and I am still having problems with getting the builder to cap my back porch. At this point, I am beginning to feel like I am being discriminated against.
Submitted multiple warranty requests since I moved in back in March 2021 for drainage issues. On my one year mark, I had to remind them of the hack job they performed in my backyard. I have gone through four different warranty supervisors. Was told by Ryan I would have drains installed asap back in February 2022. Since then, I have been forgotten. Stay clear of this builder.
