I called to talk through a print job I am planning to do for work. A gentleman answers the phone and then directs me to order through their site. I am in front of my computer and try to access the site. I am thinking since I am on my work computer it's being blocked. I try my home computer and I'm met with the same problem. I am still on the phone and I'm given another site to type in. I do so and then I am told to order online. I say "sure, but can I go over it so I know I am ordering the right thing". In the process of attempting to go over the options, I a met with attitude. In most cases, you'd work with the customer to come to an understanding on what they are interested in doing, but this was not the case. I ended up telling the person on the line "Thank you, I think I am going to go with someone else" after being asked "Have you done this before?" "Have you ever held a card!?"
