I have been calling them daily for the past 4 days, I live 2.5 hours away, we wanted to buy a windsurf board and set up, everytime I called I was told the board guy wasn't available to help with some questions before we drove up, everytime I gave my name and number and was told he would call me, he never did. Then yesterday I called asked about coming up today to buy I was told that there wouldn't be full staff due to a race but they could call somebody, so this morning we left and headed up, got up there found out they weren't open until 2 as opposed to 10, so hung around burlington 2:15 rolls around still nobody, I call the surf club, they tell me they decided to not open the store... the customer service is horrible and the fact that nobody can help or even cares you have driven to buy thousands of dollars worth of stuff is surprising. My day was wasted all due to horrible communication on wnd&wvs end.... thanks for nothing.

I love this local shop! They not only talk the talk of all things wind and waves- they back it up with real life experience. Their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a manufacturers defect in my inflatable SUP and Kevin advocated with the company for me, going above and beyond and securing a replacement board for me. I cant say enough good things about this place!

As a newbie to SUP, buying gear can be an overwhelming experience. The whole team at WND&WVS was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personally invested in making sure I was dialed in with the right equipment. This is the absolute best place for all your water sports needs.
