Webstudio Boston has responded to the client and takes full responsibility for the miscommunication with the client Michael Sciaba and will be providing the Michael Sciaba a full refund for the hosting fee. We always respond to clients within 24 hours of a call and have put in place a better process to prevent this from happening again.

Was hosting our website. Took a fee for our domain and never renewed it. Wont answer any of my calls. This review was posted over a month ago. The owner responded to the review saying he would refund the hosting fee. Have not received a refund.
