Gotta be honest the beer is NOT 3 stars, the beer is 5 stars! Great stuff BUT the experience was poor. Super loud, wait staff unwilling to engage and help, AND they messed up my flight, the beers were literally the wrong pours... Don't get me wrong, beer is fantastic but I unfortunately did not know for sure what I was drinking. Fortunately I was able to match the taste with the descriptions and had my girlfriend confirm my suspicions that our pours were not what we wrote down... Good beers but not what I ordered. Maybe I just came on an off night for the group working but as a Beer enthusiast I just hated not having the order placed correctly. I'd come back in better conditions for sure.

The only reason I was here long enough for to Google to ask for a review is because my handlebar clipped a dumpster left in the bike lane these guys. Jacked up my front tire and my shoulder and sat on the curb in front of the business as an employee drove a forklift around me. Wish I could give them zero stars.
Beer is decent, but not as good as everyone claims. Compared to top tier breweries in NYC (like Grimm next door, other half, fifth hammer, kcbc, etc.) interboro is a disappointment.
