Very unprofessional inspector. Missed an entire appliance (water heater) that was easily found in the closet. Back channeled with realtors to discuss problems not placed in the report. DO NOT USE THESE people, they lack integrity and ethics.

They werent super thorough. My inspector missed a ton of stuff and were now paying for it. For example, he missed a failed sewage ejector pump that wasnt even listed on the report. Our roof is shot even though he said we had about 10 years left on it. Basically, we are stuck with tens of thousands of dollars in repairs after buying our house. They recognized that they did a poor job and refunded our inspection fee but it doesnt really make a dent in the money were shelling out to fix the house we bought. Just my experience.

Tim with Cingo Home / Building Knowledge was the most helpful! He did the inspection on both the home that we are selling and the home that we are purchasing. His reports are thorough, informative, and helps the client understand detailed items that need to be addressed in an orderly fashion. I rarely write reviews but going out of my way for TONY HORBERT at Building Knowledge. He's responsive, thorough, timely and sincere. Meaning I got my report fast and he always responded within the day if not in minutes. Had the BEST experience with him. He was detailed, gave all facts and then his opinion if I asked, really went through the positives and negatives with me. It's been six months since he inspected our home and so far for repairs I've needed, I've asked the service person should it have been caught by the home inspector and every one said no, this is not something an inspector would have caught. I did comparison shopping too. I found BK's prices were decent and fair, not at all expensive... Paid for several types of inspection.

We do not have a client named King Major, and thus are unable to respond. And the comment about Angie's List, or Yelp for that matter is very strange. Both platforms thoroughly vet their reviews, and are not the same. This poster seems to have an ulterior agenda.

Horrible inspection. We hired them and later found out that a whole exterior brick wall that is clearly visible is now falling off our house. I would not recommend them NOR any agent that recommends them. I will update as this situation unfolds. Side Note: As of today 10/10/19 the reviews on Angie's list are all the same reviews over and over, so that is a lie. 10/11/19 Response: This is true that I am not their client, but my fiance IS their client on paper and it was my money that paid for their service. The only motive I have here is to expose bs workmanship. I am a dental lab tech, not a home inspector. Think what you like, but realize I would have never posted a negative review had YOU done a decent JOB on our home inspection.
