Called three or four times and sat on hold for 20+ mins each time; filled out their online form twice. Never received a callback. I'm giving up and will seek care elsewhere.

I love my doctor but they are always late. 900 appt and still sitting here at 930. They historically haven't figured out the scheduling portion of their practice. I been going here for years and I'm done waiting for years.

A very very very busy eyecare center. Big enough tho. Great if you are Asian and don't speak English. Still great if you do. You do feel, though, that the service is not very personalized. But it gets the job done.

Long holds, no call backs. Can never get ahold of someone. Doctor gave me an updated prescription that was absolutely NOT right for my eyes. Changed it twice while doing the exam and ended up with a terrible prescription. Will never come back.
