High price on clothes you can essentially find at Goodwill (i.e. used Columbia shorts for $18). Run by some snotty millennials who, unless you look like them, won't give you the time of day. Pass.

Staff cannot actually review any amount of clothing brought in. When it says on the website you can have them review at the time or pick up later really your only option is to pick up later. I brought in a good amount of clothing many still with price tags on them never worn. Including a brand new pair of toms and they would not accept any of it. In the end made 4 trips and it was a complete waste of time.
