I have trained at a few places over the years but never had such a warm a welcome as I did at this venue. The trainers are friendly, very knowledgable with no 'egos' like some I can think of and with the emphasis on every class being safe, injury free and rewarding. Add to that the clean and well fitted out surroundings, plus the great value for money you'll get by attending a couple of classes a week and the opportunity for open mat/gym sessions and everyone training here is a winner! Very recommended.

Had been going to The MMA room for a few months before having to move away I had a fantastic time and learnt a great deal. James and Sam are fantastic teachers who are willing to pass on their knowledge to students, the atmosphere was extremely friendly and everyone is willing to help each other. The MMA room is great for beginners or people with experience. When I eventually head back to Saffron Walden I will be popping back in for a lesson.

I've been going to this gym weekly with my teenage son and we've both been loving it. Great group of people of all ages and abilities, excellent tuition and a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere. There's 2 instructors to a class so all abilities are catered for without losing the individual attention. I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
