I'm rating it NO stars. Worst place to live at have the ugliest tenants no security kids always hitting the cars and other kids from neighborhood across the street always at the apartments smoking fighting and even keying cars for no reason. I do not recommend no one to this apartments they are the worst and when you inform the manager Joe he never does anything he just says well if you bring me proof MAYBE I can do something. Worst place I've ever lived at

If you are driving just drive straight by this apartment. The manager Joe will debate you rather than fix an item. Wherever you move that make you do a checklist. Joe began to run down prices of things. I informed him thats why I pay rent. I'm still waiting for those things to be completed. Also, Joe has one a friend or family member towing cars left and right. My car was towed once they scratched it and damaged my oil pan. The pool is only open during office hours. At that time it is the hottest time of the day. He doesn't care for certain people. Another thing is whenever you have to renew they would raise the rent. Most places would keep the rent the same in order to retain tenants. Not here....BE AWARE

The new manager Ms Jade Jefferson and her staff are very sweet and professional.. I've had nothing but good experiences when dealing with them. That includes all office staff and maintenance as well....I reported a problem in my unit and they came right on and fixed it..This is what we have been needing for a long time within this community...And Ms Jefferson also put forth effort to get to know her residents as well by organizing different social events... I'm finally hopeful about the community because of management and staff....

I Lived here 4 years ago . I stayed to myself so it wasnt a problem but they had a really bad bedbug infestation!!! I just had a new born too . Wouldnt recommend just for that very reason
