I want to state that the actual employees that came and moved the apartment were great. The poor customer service comes from the management and office personnel.; I requested a quote for my elderly father who was hit by Covid and moving from an apartment too assisted living. A 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment, less than 600 sq ft moving into a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment at 540 sq ft only 2.5 miles away. I was quoted $2700 with 2 days work, 1 day to pack and the second to pack and move. When I was invoiced I was billed $4700. (They did not pack up the bathroom either) I packed up the bathroom cabinets all on my own because they left them. In addition they broke an antique Chinese umbrella stand and refuse to insure it at replacement value although I paid an additional $250 for added insurance for up to $10,000 in item coverage. It is further insulting that there is an un usual signature on the new quote that is definitely not my signature. I am not sure as to the business practices of the management office of this business but I would definitely secure a BINDING estimate instead of the business typical non-bind9ing estimate that most reputable companies use.

What a great experience today!! The four guys, Reggie, Malik and Brycen and I am not sure of the 4th guy (sorry, bad with names!) were on time and went above and beyond. They said "yes ma'am " when I'd make a request (not common these days). They worked as a Team (again not common these days). The 4th guy, (I sure wish I remembered his name) was the best at seeing the holes in the storage unit and knowing how things should be placed. All 4 guys were just great. Should I finally figure out what me future holds and I need your services again I want those same guys!! Extremely Satisfied Customer and Recommend!!

We found out the day before we moved into our home that our POD could not be dropped off at our house. ProHelp was able to give us a team on short notice. They met me out at the POD facility and did a great job moving our stuff and assembling it. We have had bad experiences with other movers in the past, so we were thrilled with ProHelps quality of service. They were quick and all of our items made it in excellent condition.

The ProHelp team made our move effortless! All team members were professional, courteous, and did not waste any time. None of our items were damaged and the team was willing to help however we needed with packing/unpacking. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving, and will use them again!
