Took my Rolex Daytona to David Duggan - they had previously agreed a value etc. When I went to the store David Duggan then offered a low ball price and it was generally an unpleasant place to try and do business. Will avoid in future.

I met the owner of this shop less than a year ago, he was so lovely, I was with a few friends, and we absolutely loved the watches he has. I recommended my clients to visit his shop a few days ago, I went in the weekend, there was a very grumpy man sitting, I asked him where the owner was he said he is off in a very rude manner. I had to ask for the card. I came back again today, and again I saw the rude man. He opened the door, I asked for David, he said hes not here yet, I asked when will he come, he said in a rude manner well I dont know, he comes when he comes, now because of how I was treated a couple of times, I would never go back there again nor will I recommend this place. I have been to several boutiques and was definitely treated with respect and manners.

Walked in to try to spend a considerable sum of money for my sons 21st at 5.10pm on Friday. "Can you come back in the morning we close in twenty minutes" As you can imagine we won't be back.
