Wow customers like you we dont need comes in pleads for a complicated embroidery job to be done in one day does not have a file design or nothing then calls back and says oh its OK we can do it next week unfortunately the shop this week is short staffed not to mention the time involved in making a file for Embroidery. We apologized and told her it cannot be done and now she write a nasty review this is such unfortunate behavior for customers to write this review business that bust their butt trying to make a living and then we get people like this. Empty promises, non responsive, and full of excuses such as running a million dollar business. If my business wasnt significant enough, the job should never have been accepted. Moral: This shop is severely understaffed and drowning with whatever customers they somehow manage to keep. Its clear they prioritize $$ over customer satisfaction.
