This was not the pleasant experience it should have been. And not the first time. I just want my 5 year warranty over so I can take my vehicle to my own mechanic.
Hi Sam, unfortunately, the vehicle shortages is across the United States for most manufacturers. We apologize for this inconvenience and we would be more than happy to help you find a vehicle. However, as you mentioned, at this time, we can not order Tellurides. The Kia Manufacturer is in the process of changing from 2022 models to 2023 so at this time we can not submit a request for a Telluride. If you would like, we would add you to our list and let you know when we can submit orders again. Otherwise, if you would be interested in any other vehicles we would be happy to assist you with that as well. Also, we will stop contacting you at anytime that you request if you let us know you no longer wish to receive communications from us. I apologize again for you feeling that you were contacted too many times. If we can assist you with anything in the future please let us know.

Asked Telluride but no any inventory ( even near future and no accept even order ) but salesperson was trying to gimme different car ( it was very annoying bc of too many useless calls and emails)

The staff are so accommodating and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I am a first time car buyer and had so many questions. Matt and DJ were extremely helpful in the process of purchasing along with Kelsey. Rod helped me inspect my new vehicle and sent me off with a better understanding of how to work all the cool features. Overall experience was amazing, definitely recommend.
