Good quality shirts, lopsided printing. Helpful on phone, but said the 'other team' needed to resolve this over email. 2 weeks, won't reply to my emails.

Our company placed an order 40 shirts, with a front and back design, two colors on black shirts. Simple enough right? Wrong. We placed the order (Order# 90244058) on 9/15/21, with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/4/21, great! We were a little disappointed when two days later we were told they could not fulfill some of the sizes we ordered. Not the worst news, we could live with that. On the phone with the customer service agent, I made sure to confirm multiple times that we would still receive the rest of our order on the guaranteed delivery date, they reassured me it would still arrive on time. We had an event days after the expected delivery date, so we really needed them in time. In the time between 9/17-10/1, we received no order updates via email, no notification of shipment, nothing. So I called for some more information. I was shocked to learn on the phone that the order was not shipped, not printed, not in progress, nothing. It was placed in a hold status due to a "system error" that did not notify anyone with Allied Shirts or myself, the customer. I was told on the phone we would receive a full refund. Two weeks later we still have not received a refund. So I called yet again and was told the refund was not processed correctly and now would arrive in 48 hrs. This has to be one of the worst experiences ordering a product from a company. This wasn't the cheapest company for shirt printing, but it was certainly the most disappointing. Don't waste your money unless you want to deal with mediocre service and no communication from the company regarding your order.

Completely terrible. There's a ton of white along the edges of the whole shirt, and it just looks like the threw everything together without a single care in the world. Go elsewhere for customized T-Shirts.
