The absolute worst people to do business with! Unreliable, double backs on their word frequently when making a deadline. All i wanted was 1 product, 3 months went by and they still couldn't manage to deliver. Still to this day i haven't received the design and quite frankly i just gave up on them, I would never recommend the TeeLab to anyone i know.
Poor service, poor communication, Three weeks after I placed my order nothing no shirts. Nothing but broken promises. Had to finally ask for a refund. Even with that the Salesperson could not care less he lost my business. I can not see them lasting.

Unprofessional, unresponsive. My order has been ready for days after being almost a week late and now the store has been closed for 3 days. Since they changed to Teelab and lost Fred that place SUCKS. I'd never use them again 6-15-17 Now that Teelab is no longer partners with the original location, which is now Black Rock print shop. And Mr. Fred is back. Black Rock print shop is doing their thing. Treating their customers with a personal touch which goes a long way in my book. That is the place to go for your printing apparel needs .
Do NOT go here. DO NOT!! I wish I could give NO stars. I dropped off 6 jackets 3 weeks ago (end of December) he said he'd have them ready in 1 week. Then it was "oh, I'm sorry but it will be another few days." It has been 3 weeks now and he has not even started them yet. I asked when he will and he said Monday. So I said I would be there Wednesday to get them and all of a sudden, he might not be done yet. He may start them on Wednesday.. terrible!!
