Got what I needed however I paid extra for rush delivery but still took a week. I contacted them and they told me what happened and told me I would get me shipping cost back..and it's been almost 2 weeks and still haven't received my refund

I ordered a charging stand for my razor. I did receive a charging stand but there is no cord thus, it is completely useless to me. How can this be useful to anyone with no electrical cord to plug into the wall?
