The WAIT is horrible I have been coming here for 5 years and every time I come its like a factory a lot of people waiting to be seen the sick room and the well room both packed. Plan to wait 30-40 mins out in the lobby then another 60-80 mins inside a room waiting to be seen by the doctor. This will be my last time coning here I cant handle it. Five years too long I was hoping for it to get better but its not. I have tried mornings and afternoons and it doesnt matter what day of the week horrible. Bring food and patience when you come here Im sitting here and waiting as I write this and so far its been 1 hour and no one has seen my child and its 5pm. So I assume Ill be here forever.

I take my daughter there for Dr.earles. Dr. Earles is aboslutley amazing! The only reason I put up with the office is for her. The nurses are usually very nice, but the desk staff is rude and don't seem to care at all. Scheduling is a joke, it seems like their main goal is to try to get people to see other doctors in the office ( I assume to fill all schedules) however, after saying every visit which doctor I want, it's clear I have no desire to switch, so being asked Everytime is irritating. ...Dr. earles is great, and I hear other dr.s there are great, but the office is a joke.

They do not value your time. You will have waiting of times of anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour. Last visit, I waited an hour and then asked how much longer and they simply said they are busy. The doctors will see you for 5 minutes and then onto the next one. It is a factory. We have been going to them for over 10 years. No more.
