Worse hospital I ever been to my wife gave birth they would not allow me up to see my kid because I was not vaccinated, what does my vaccinated status babe to do with visiting my new born , the SundAy line to pick him up from the hospital was about 120 ppl long 3 hours to see the nasty receptionist in the front with a attitude Id never come back to the hospital again big mistake

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont count on an actual attending to see your child at the childrens hospital unless things get serious. Even then they have their medical students doing practically all the work besides decision making. The hospital is dirty. Clearly understaffed (all this even before Covid). Took my baby to the ER and a nurse didnt go in the room until an hour later after I called patient services. Even gave birth here, a resident (a doctor still in training) tried to give me an epidural and when I specifically said I wanted the attending to do it they tried to have the resident do it without me knowing. Until I told him to get from behind me. I can go on & on. The communication with patients and even between medical staff is ridiculous, theyre never on the same page with treatment plans. One day one doctor will start one med, then whatever doctor is on the next day would stop it and start another. That whole place needs help and patient care training. Would never trust this hospital again.

Does anyone know the emergency hours for the dental clinic at WMC? Im in Rockland and the only place here that takes my insurance is refusing new patients and I desperately need a cracked molar extracted. Thank you!
