My apologies that you felt your project was not given appropriate consideration during our call. It sounded like you were quite busy when we spoke and I was trying to be respectful of your time, but did not intend for that to sound like we did not value the opportunity to work with you. As I mentioned on the call, there are several ways that we could approach the project that would determine the actual cost and wed be happy to provide a proposal that breaks out the options available. Because you stated you were looking to get a general idea of costs and wanted a rough estimate, I felt that a full proposal would be premature, not your idea. Again, my apologies for the miscommunication and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback that we may improve our process going forward. We will be reaching out privately to address the matter directly. - Ian DeSousa

I've owned my own business for 30+ years and was interested in building a website to promote further business. Scheduled a phone call with a representative and felt like my needs were a "waste of time". The guy told me my ideas were "premature" and gave a large estimate. Would not recommend for small businesses because I did not feel like I was given enough thought.
