Hey James, I do believe you have us mixed up with another Company! We are Custom Threadz, LLC Based in Durham, NC and do not have Customizable Items on our Website for Shipping and only do Custom Orders one on one. There is a Company called CuZtom ThreadZ Based out of Nevada and ONLY do Custom Birthday Shirts direct off their website which does look completely different from ours. We would greatly appreciate you Removing this Review due to us unfortunately never working with you and this does go against our Google Listing as a Small Business, we have also reached out to them Numerous times to tell them we get 4+ calls a week with these Issues and have yet to receive anything back. We do sincerely apologize for any confusion and do thank you for understanding!

Hey Guy, we are truly sorry to hear this but we do have to unfortunately start this off with saying how incredibly Rude and Untrue this entire Review is. We have been ONLY using Bella+Canvas 50Cotton/50Poly 7oz Fleece Face Mask since the start of Covid and do not Manufacture them In-House. These do State not only this but that they are Seamless, Strapless, One Size Fits Most, and Washable/Reusable. These are also not only on every Item listing Product Descriptions but we did and always send them again in your email to Confirm. As a Custom Print Shop and Per Our Company Policy ALL Sales Are Final with No Refunds which is Fully Disclaimed not only on our Website (Every Face Mask as well) but is also on your Invoice and Receipt which is stated before and after an Order is Placed. With this, ALL Orders do come with a Full Breakdown of Care Instructions that is said to Wash Before Wear, ALL Masks are Pressed at 330 Degrees causing Initial Stiffness (like all Fabric/Garments) which should be told to a Team if you are giving them out, we were also sure to share this Information Via Email after they were Shipped. Lastly and most important, we are in the Middle of a Pandemic and We Do Not take back Items which is why All Orders are Returned back to Sender in case items are Touched or Worn which you did send a Picture of you Physically holding it against your Face which is extremely Unsanitary and against our Covid Guidelines. We are truly sorry again for any inconvenience and would have most certainly worked this out properly and professionally like we have always done IF you would have reached out us once you truly decided you were unhappy, but instead you left a very hurtful Review and sent them back. We do ask to not belittle a Small Business for a Product you were Unfamiliar with when all we did is go above and beyond with Information, Responsiveness, Professionalism, Kindness, & your Graphics to ensure we bring your Vision to Life, getting your Team Safe & Prepared is the Main reason we still offer Face Masks as a Custom T-Shirt Shop. We do sincerely hope and wish you Remove this Review and allow us to correctly handle this.

I had a very strange experience with this company. The customer service was fantastic at first, but the product ( masks) I ordered were complete JUNK. They were not as described, they were flimsy and the edges were frayed. They were supposed to be gifts for my team at work, but I would have been embarrassed and humiliated if I gave them out. I will give credit where credit is due, they were beautiful, but just cheaply made and didn't fit. I deserve a refund which I will get, trust me. The masks did not fit me or my wife nor would they fit anyone on my team. The company told me to wash them and they would stretch. (really?? Now I am going to give out used masks?) There were no straps, there were cuts on the sides for ears. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges including shipping. They advised me to ship the items back to the company which I did. Yesterday, I received a " return to sender" from them which clearly defines the type of people I was really working with. My wife took one look at the masks and said, you've got to be kidding me, you CANNOT give these out as gifts they are terrible. We will see how this plays out, stay tuned for more reviews from me.

Just received my order, which was prompt and on time. The way they print with white ink is amazing, my shirts are vibrant and exactly what I wanted. The digitized art work and design was better than I anticipated, thank you for the work you did. I am a repeat customer and will continue to order from Custom Threadz!

Hey Brad, thank you so much again for your Small Business Support! We do sincerely apologize that you are not happy with your Mask and most definitely want to make it right anyway we can! However, we do have multiple Disclaimers stating they are a 50/50 Cotton/Poly 7oz. Fleece, Seamless, Strapless, Washable/Reusable & that we do not Manufacture the Masks and get them directly through Bella+Canvas. During this time of worry we have fully transitioned from a Custom Apparel Shop into helping get anyone & everyone covered Nationwide anyway we can with a Product that works best for our Business. Bad Reviews like this during such an all ready hard time for Small Businesses is extremely hurtful to our Business & Quality that we have only ever given to all of our Thread Headz. I ordered a mask. I got rag bag. As this "Threadz" product doesn't have a single stitch or any hint of thread. I think, maybe, they thought I could gather more material, break out a sewing machine, and turn my rag bag into a wearable mask. If I could do that, I never would have sent those folks any money. They got their first and only bite out of me.
