Email abuse never subscribed to their email list and yet they send me the rubbish newsletter. You can't event unsubscribe from it. They still send you anyway. Utter company violation of law by subscribing me to a news letter without my consent. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

We used Absolute digital about 3 years ago and was paying around 1800 for 6 month we saw little increase in our traffic and the backings obtain were from such low authority websites it did not justify the amount we spent.. they also kept showing us the traffic on a month by month basis by it was similar to the traffic that we had built already, also time keeping we getting reports was slow always had to email to get them and when we decided to leave they said we could get much better links if we paid more.. really not worth it this is an honest review and our project lead was a guy called Steven Plummer thank god the deal was 6 months they made over 10k for such little work reason I am writing this review now is the constant bombardment of marketing emails its relentless In response to your message whether it was 6 years ago or 60 years ago we both agree I used your services? And whether the site is online or not still used your service right? The review was written in reposnse to Google sending me an email to review and I did, don't ask me how they knew I used your company but I responded accordingly thats how reviews work sometimes you have to accept the rough with the smooth and that is my opinion it just wasn't worth it.

I rarely would leave a bad review as I have so much respect for anyone setting up a business and hard work involved. However after spending thousands of pounds in the hope of taking my business to another level WITH NO RESULT, I feel like warning small business when looking for help. As you can see on the screenshots, after 4 months of paying 500 PCM to Absolute, I had nothing but 4 visitors on my store with luck. Maybe 500PCM is not a lot of money as they have big clients, however for me it was A LOT and I've made sacrifices to afford them because initially, I felt very comfortable as they market themselves as supportive of small businesses. My experience was terrible. People looking at my account were young and inexperienced, if they had a senior team, I bet it was reserved for the more prominent clients. I had minor issues on my social media that they could not sort out even after I am sending a lot of emails, hence why I think they must have JUST come out of the university...I mean, a project manager not being able to resolve a SM issue? The man who closed the deal to me (Steve Plummer) was nice and polite at our first calls but turned to be dismissive progressing to totally ignored my claims to meet him as soon as I became a (rather upset) client. During the lockdown, I decided to learn some marketing on my own and albeit its a lot of hours, I am very pleased with my results as I have 100 visitors on my store every two days. So if you can give it a go, save yourself some money and self-esteem as it feels awful to be treated this way. During the whole process, I thought that I was 'stupid' and unable to take good decision. I was stuck in an expensive contract but not having any result (I actually left one month prior to the end, as I was feeling devastated). Furthermore, very feel people will dedicate themselves to your business as you would. Good luck!
