At the start of COVID in March 2020, we have received over 20 one-star Google ratings in a short period of time. It certainly doesnt sound like our typical experience, and we certainly dont train anyone to be rude. However, I do understand some people may have a different view. Employees at this location are super rude and non-complaint on how to actually treat a good client. As I came in to the store today, I ask the customer service representative for some advise as to what uniform to buy, she just ignored me and as I asked again she started treating me in a very unprofessional manner and very rude. I was actually going to buy few uniforms for my employee but I did not deserve to be treated this way, I honestly wanted to contribute to the local store as I am currently living in Naples, but since I was treated very rudely, I just decided to walk away and post my experience so you all are aware of how the employees are trained to treat us (the customers) very rude and unprofessional.
