My name is josh. I applied for a job with Ted McGrath brands as an outbound caller in April. After about 2 weeks I was asked to submit a video application. I did that and received an email from the hiring manager Alex. He said he would like to schedule a phone interview. We talked for about 30 minutes and it went great. I then had 2 more phone interviews. I was told after that all the people I spoke with agreed to give me the job. I was then told I needed to do an IQ test and personality test. After completely those I was told I was hired but needed to wait to start until Alex could find 2 sales people to take all the leads I would be generating. I waited 3 weeks and finally heard from Alex saying they were ready to have me start. I was sent all the new hire paperwork that I filled out. After over a week I still wasnt given a start date. As of a couple days ago after a 3 month process I received an email from Alex saying the company decided to not hire for this position and they retracted my hire agreement. I told Alex very clearly that I was in a very bad financial situation and I was not taking on other job offers because I was passionate about this position at Ted McGrath brands. I am married and my wife and I have 4 kids and we are in a absolutely horrible financial situation now. Beware with doing business with this company. They did not care about me at all. I trusted this company and they treated me absolutely horrible. Beware!
