sinking ship ... Just to make some $$$ to pay for the CEO's bonus and look profitable, they have been selling different businesses, laying off thousands of people. I worked for this company for about 5 years. I never felt safe :( Management has no "good" long term objectives.

I'm sure this is a great company to work for. However I am pretty disappointed as I recently applied for a position and I could not even get referred for an interview due to from what I can assume of not having a bachelor's degree. Despite having clearly demonstrated in my resume of performing all the knowledge, skills and responsibilities required for the position for 21 years Navy.
