Our not-for-profit contracted a calendar from this firm. It was a serial numbered raffle. We received it, boxed at random, and mis-assembled, with the picture for January, and the instructions, transposed. We were blamed for not realizing their error in our review of the "proof", and up-charged for the re-boxing. When I asked to negotiate with management on the significant cost, I was rebuffed. I thought we'd contracted for professional printing services, to build us a raffle-calendar. What I got was far less. Buyer beware.
