My Daughter called 2 days prior to coming there and explained that my son had M.D . They assured her they could help find the best bike possible for my son . When the entered the young kid was extremely rude to my daughter when she asked about the bikes . He said ( did you not read the big sign you get the bike over there ) ! In a very abrasive tone . My Family then walked over to where he pointed and again told them that my son had MD and they just want to see if any bike was suitable for him to ride . The owner ( manager ) ? Said oh yes sure we will get that for you . Went in and sent the rude kid out to help them . He explained nothing to them about the bikes or what the had to offer . At $40 a rental you would think you get some sort of assistance . My son was not strong enough for the bike they gave him . The entire point of going there was to see if there was a bike he could handle but was met with total lack of consideration or empathy for a disabled person to even try to offer an idea or suggestion . My daughter went back in and asked for a refund since they never used the bike . The owner asked her .( can you tell me how him having MD is my problem )??? Who in there right mind says that ? My daughter then told him to do his research on MD and then ask her why its his problem and as my daughter is standing there visibly shaking with tear streaming down her face . The owner proceeds to say well I thought he be better off in a different bike . Im not sure what she told me the name was . The point is the were made aware said yes come on out we can see what best suits him if any . Treated them all like they had 3 heads ! And the owner let the ignorant , uncaring , abrasive young kid take care of there needs . Thats how you run a business ? What was to be a fun day turned into a nightmare and total ignorance for human beings . ! I would and will never refer this place to anyone . I called and left a message for the owner Dave !! ! Or manager what ever he is to return my call . With a very nice young lady . Havent heard anything back . I figured I would not . Maybe if he receives a letter from a lawyer on how to treat people and teach his employees to do the same this will be resolved! Im not blaming them for my son not being able to ride a bike . This was the point of the trip to see if there was a style of bike that he could ride . I am blaming them for total disrespect to my daughter , son and family !!!!! Horrible social skills , horrible business management , total lack of respect to the disable ! I could go on and on ! I think I made my point .

worst establishment and service I've ever experienced. I have called multiple times about a 5k they hosted to get a refund since they canceled it. This was IN APRIL. it's now getting to the beginning of october. everytime I've called it was always "you have to speak with the owner, we will have him call you back." yet the owner is never there and he never calls. you mean to tell me in 6 months they didnt have 15 minutes to call me back? Such a shady thing to do. It's such a shame cause I loved supporting local buisnesses with things like this. I will NEVER support anything they do again.

Super cool place, great location for trail-goers. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. And wowww, the Birthday Bash icecream is incredible.

Went there today with my son to rent a bike/trailer. Super friendly and helpful. Threw in some free waters. Got ice cream at the end which was delicious. Thanks!

I had recently inquired about a tune-up and purchasing tires and was going to take my bicycle in for service, at the time of my inquiry I was told the prices for the tires ($21.50) and given an approximate total price for tuneup, tires and tire labor change and how long it would take. I was going to bring in the bike in the following day, however later that day I found out I needed it sooner. I went back and bought the tires and was going to tune it up myself. The owner then marked up and increased the price tags on the tire with black sharpie just out of my view after pulling them down, not only a few hrs earlier he indicated and I saw that they were $21.50. I'm not going to do business again with someone who is dishonest and unscrupulous in doing business in such manner. I would recommend that people stay way from using their bicycle shop services unless in dire need on the trail.
