they were very good at first, helped me get my orders all set, promised me it will take a week for new designs. they were very good...AT FIRST. now after about 2 orders with them, they are being very unprofessional. on my 3rd order, promising me i would get my shirts on a monday at 5, then on tuesday by 5, then on weds (when they ACTUALLY got my shirts in) at 5, but they didn't even print them on the weds like they were suppose to and then promised me on thursday and have them by 7 because they were backed up and i have yet to see them. they promise to call me when the order is done, and since the beginning they promised to call me every time my order was ready and they haven't. im used to that by now. they are very nice, and do good quality work for their prices, but i don't think they know how to truly run a business. they need more workers, a manager who knows how to really run a place like that.

I ordered 1 shirt and it took 2 months for me to get it. I think this should be a transaction of perhaps 5 emails and 3 phone calls at most. We emailed back and forth over 25 emails and over 15 calls. A big portion of my emails were not answered (server issues they said), thats why I called them so many times. At the end, the print looked nice, but the shirt was not in A+ condition, it looked used. It had a snag at the bottom of the collar and the company logo was misspelled.

Super nice people, shirts looked great and came out exactly to how we hoped it would look. Had a bit of a wait but it didn't bother me and my buddy, still great product.

This place is horrible! I went to them with a 2 of my own shirts for vinyl print. They promised me that my shirt would get done by a certain time and when I showed up the guy in the front told me that my order was not ready. Finally, when I went to go pick up my shirts at close, they told me that it still was not ready, and on top of that they messed up one of the shirts because they printed it in pink when I specifically asked for white. I would of been okay with pink had they called me and explained the situation, however they took the liberty upon themselves to try to take off the pink to print over in white and ended up completely messing up my shirt! With one shirt updone and one shirt ruined, they offered me $20 for the cost of the shirt and the payment I paid for the printing. Not only did they ruin my shirt, wasted my time and energy, but worst of all I ended up going to my event without logo shirts cause I trusted them with my job and had no time to go anywhere else! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!
