Hi Andrew, I apologize you were not 5 stars satisfied with us. As for your order, I understand you picked priority mail, however, there is a production time as well. And with this particular K9 fundraiser we were asked to launch the store before we had any items available. We also experienced a delay with receiving some items. We kept everyone informed the best we could on social media. Again I apologize you were unhappy with the turnaround time and response from our email explaining all of this. We hope you consider ordering again for the next K9 Fundraiser. Your support is appreciated.

Hi Dana, I apologize you werent satisfied with our place or the plate. It was the week of Christmas and we were swamped with orders so we had extra boxes in our shop. Our goal that week was to get orders out in time for Christmas, we could clean and organize the shop after. As far as the plate, I apologize but we were not taking any rush orders at that time, especially 24 hour turnaround. I am unsure of where the communication breakdown was but we had not agreed to taking on the order as we didnt have time to take on any new orders, especially a rush. The image you sent over for the plate was very low resolution which we explained to you and also a copyrighted image which we would have never agreed to print. However, since you called and demanded the plate be done, we did it for you. In the future, if you are unhappy with our services or products we would appreciate a call or visit into the shop so we can find a solution to resolve this. We were unaware you were this unhappy until this post and we always tell our customers to reach out to us at anytime if there is something they arent happy with. Im glad Kane was able to help you out in the way that you needed. Please also remember, it may be one small item to be done but that week we had hundreds of orders to fill from people that placed them 7 days or more prior.

Seemed a little disorganized, I had a plate made and they just didn't get back to me about When it would be ready, what time what day. And their storefront was total disarray and dirty. Wasn't crazy about the plate they made, so contacted a place in Kane, ink pad. Sent them what I want a done, she had it done that evening and I picked it up.
