Terrible customer service, first of all I was handed to another person to be delt with then I was spoken to by a very patronising man. Told me the item I was asking for was non existent to the whole of the region!!!! Even tho I was recommended to go there by a different branch. Funnily enough, then found it on the system. Just because the order would be small. (100) I still deserve the same respect and time given to me as a higher paying customer would have been treated. Disappointed and disgusted. Weve spent thousands with this company of the last few years. I personally will not spend my money there again. .
