My order was not completed as ordered, so cost 2/3s more than it should have. And because my clear and explicit instructions were not followed, the quality of reproduction was quite inferior. Manager refused to make an adjustment. I am very displeased. I know how to run copiers, and I could have done the job correctly. I will go to a self service shop, and will NEVER give Copyman my business. This would not have happened with Martin.

Used to go here a lot. Really enjoyed the owners and how helpful they are. But last time I went the employee working didnt seem to be chill with my art so he was super fast with everything. Messed up my prints multple times then when I refused to pay because he didnt print on the right paper he banned me. Would like to continue using your store but you might want to do something about the judgment of your employees. On that note again the owners seem like wonderful people. Just would rather not deal with that employee.

Martin, Lily and the young man (I'm blanking on his name!) who work there, are some of the most efficient, friendly people in Portland. I have always gotten perfect prints from Martin as a final product, and he's more than willing to do test prints for you, should you want to check any changes! Amazing quality service. As far as printing in Portland, this place is my go to.

I seem to be the only one with a negative review but I dont see how thats possible. At least 3 employees working yet no one even gave a hello when I came it. They all were working on other things and didnt seem to care that there was a queue. At least say hello and tell me youll help me in a minute. Even with other customers in front of me it shouldnt take 20 minutes to print 4 small 4x6 pictures.
