USELESS COMPANY, this is our vendors probate solicitors. don't answer the phone, dont reply to simple questions raised by my solicitor. Right legal group have held up this chain now for weeks, have made us miss stamp duty deadline cost me 1000, promised to be done before deadline. 4 months in now from handing my packs back to my solicitors and we still havent had the correct draft contract from right legal, it has the wrong price on it! petty errors waiting to be corrected. Waited 11 weeks for my searches to come back my solicitor raised questions that was 4 weeks ago, still no response. Just read other reviews online to see I'm not a one off.

Unprofessional Only care about making money hence the overpriced wills etc Never answer the phone or responsed to emails When I went into the office to speak to someone the staff looked depressed and I heard a lot of unprofessional shouting and loud talking coming from the offices. I guess that's why the phones are never answered, management must be great... Not. Don't waste your time go elsewhere
