Positives and negatives. Very nice, polite and helpful and professional, however after using a couple other companies prior and receiving quotes for printing on shirt and sweater hoodies they were almost twice the price. They penalize you for not buying the shirts through them (they obviously mark them up substantially (almost $200 penalty for not buying through them), they call it a "screen prep provided goods" that they claim would have gone away if I purchased shirts through them (which likely would break even with Mark up). The other two places I've had the same work done did not do this. They were also 2-3 weeks out (which I assume means business is great and good for them) but definitely not the case elsewhere. When looking for full zip hoodies for my guys they were approximately $50 a piece for their cheapest hoodie while we were getting much better quality hoodies with more printing added elsewhere for less that $30 a piece. In closing, nothing against the company and if this works for them then amen to capitalism but can definitely save a substantial amount of $ elsewhere. 24 Lower quality full zip hoodies at Jentees $1184, 24 higher quality full zip hoodies with more printing elsewhere $700. That is a substantial difference. Shop around, it might be worth it. I do have to say that their employees are excellent and treated us with respect, which does go a long way today.

Hi Jacob, I am sorry for any issue you had with our Design Studio. We have found that it does not work well with the Safari browser and we are working on getting the company to fix that issue. If you use Firefox you should be okay. In the future if you have any problems please give us a call.

Great service, and willing to go the extra mile (or five!) to help us get exactly the product we wanted. We needed 1500 pencil bags for a project our team designed to help busy parents keep their young children engaged while waiting for appointments, traveling, dining out, etc. The bags we spec'd were only available in small quantities online, but Jentees was able to work a deal to source the bags we needed in the quantity we needed, and then figured out how to screen print our logo on them.
