Dear Sheryl, I totally understand your frustration. We are working hard to get you your jacket. The unanticipated delays have hit us hard and they have been totally unanticipated. We like so many businesses, large and small, have dealt with vendor delays and covid related slowdowns. Not to mention shipping delays to only to our vendors to get their raw materials, but then to us through our shipping channels. Each of our letterman Jackets is custom made and the overwhelming volume that has hit the industry all at once after the covid shut down has put all letterman suppliers in the same boat. Because We will not sacrifice our quality, many cheaper, inferior (in our opinion) and Supposedly quicker options were not an option for us. Our regular turnaround time is 6-8 weeks and we have only relayed to you what our vendors have reported to us. Unfortunately, when our vendors fail us....our customers are the ones who are impacted. Our entire supply chain is working hard to expedite your jacket and get it in your hands as soon as possible. What we have learned in this unprecedented time is that we should not promise our customers a certain time until we have the evidence in our hands. We are so sorry again for any and all delays that you have experienced. Fortunately, we are finally seeing an end to delays and supply chain issues and we should hopefully be back to a normal turnaround soon. Be assured, your jacket was processed by us immediately, has never been on hold, and we have been checking on the status from our vendors constantly.

I ordered a letterman jacket for my son on November 29th 2021. They said it would be ready in 6 weeks. Its now 13 weeks since we made the order and I just called and it will be another 2 weeks. I commented this was unacceptable and I offered that it will be 4 months before we get the jacket, if we get the jacket. If you buy a jacket here do not pay in full as they will not give it to you. I suggest you dont buy a jacket here. They say its shipping and labor problem, which I would expect a little delay, but this is double the time and I still do not have the jacket and have no idea if they are just going to take my money and run.
Nothing but disappointed. We ordered my son's letter-man jacket months ago and still have not received it. Every time we call for status update, it's another week, 2 weeks, tomorrow, week...etc. He didn't get to wear it for any team photos, senior photos or to any sporting events or school. We also ordered graduation announcements months ago and have not received them. With graduation around the corner, I'm afraid we won't have time to get them sent out. I registered for his cap and gown, but it was not made clear this wasn't the same as ordering one until he went to the school to pick it up and they told him he never ordered one. I had to call the company. It took several questions for the clarification of this whole process. I then went online to order, thinking I could just pick up from the company when I pick up the jacket, but I was charged almost $20 for tax + shipping. In the meantime, I'm getting daily marketing emails from them, but haven't unsubscribed, because I don't want to miss one if it's about our stuff. Less than pleased with the process, customer service, the length of time to get anything done, and communication. I'd leave zero stars if that was an option.
Hi Lael, We have checked our emails and phone messages but do not find any messages or concerns that you have left. We are present at each graduation ceremony at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony and are stationed where the graduates line up. We never turn any graduate away or do not help in any way we can. Furthermore, we always are prepared with extra gowns for emergencies, or if for some reason issues like these slip through the cracks. We did have a gown labeled for you at graduation...so, I am not sure why you were unable to find us. Please try and contact us again so that we can resolve this issue.

Very bad experience. Never received order even after speaking with representative and made arrangements to meet at the graduation ceremony, which never happened, to get my son's cap & gown. Tried several times to contact afterwards to see about getting a refund and still have gotten no response
