I had an appointment one week. Got a call at last minute to cancel. A little annoyed since it affected work schedule, but things happen. So I rescheduled bright and early the following week. After arriving in time, I waited in a practically empty lobby for 20 minutes and just left. I guess they noticed because 15 minutes later, they call to say they are ready to see me. I guess they dont need the business.

Rude front staff. Dr is fantastic. Optician that sold the glasses great. After the sale forget it. They hand you your glasses at the door and do not properly fit them. I will go elsewhere from now on.

The staff here is great and took care of my husband and his injured eye. I will definitely refer yall to everyone.

My appointment was at 7:45am on a Saturday morning and the staff was so amazing. They all were very friendly, including the young gentleman Byron assisting me in picking out my glasses. Another satisfied customer! I will definitely recommend this business!

Staff is terrible. Placed an order for contacts they told me it would be 5 to 7 business days delivered to my home.My wife went for an appointment 2 weeks later & they told her the same thing. Going on a month & still without my order. When I called staff has no idea. If you enjoying being able to see dont go here or you will be waiting forever for your glasses/contacts.
