They seemed great with my first order of company shirts so I wanted to invest in some more shirts for myself for work and because they all were so nice. I requested a certain brand shirt which they did not carry but could order so I agreed to get some. On my order it did not specify what brand was being ordered but Paty stated it would be the brand I asked for. Two weeks later shirts are done and its something completely different. She goes on about she ordered what was first quoted and thats why it was ordered, but I only said if she could do the brand I wanted and if it would be the same price and she insisted it would be the brand. She said it was my fault and I just do not agree being called a liar on what we spoke about and saying its not her mistake. Still my first order was good, but going back for something different was not as good. First impression helped but the second time hurt. I hope she is right about my wrong shirts being better than what I wanted. *I will update with the wrong shirt outcome shortly after using what I paid for.* Just make sure its down on the invoice of what you are getting and not just a style because that is where they get you. *** update*** They want me to fix their issue by paying more to get it corrected. Its still upsetting how they didnt try fixing the day of the problem that first happened. They want to help themselves, but not help me in any way.

We've been faithful customers I believe for over 15 years if my memory serves me right. Jovi Printing, has succeeded in satisfying our expectations. We have done from embroidery on our company polo shirts to our vehicles signs. Words are simply not enough to express how satisfied we are. Refused to do service because Im a model and I wanted to have pictures printed I have plenty money and friends in Houston that was going use your company as well and for you to refuse service to me because ur religious is completely unprofessional and buissness wise is very stupid and ridiculous move on ur part. I feel completely victimized and I will make sure that no one I know puts one cent into ur buissness
