As you have mentioned, there was initially an error in the e-mail address that was taken. Regarding the returns, we have still have not recieved your returns into our warehouse, although this is still the case, we have issued a refund back to your account on the 24.06. I have had a bit of a nightmare with this company to be honest. At first I didnt receive any sort of order confirmation confirmation which I wouod usually like to check over after a purchase. I paid for delivery to come 2-3 working days and after a week I called up and they said they were still waiting for some stock to come in (a heads up would have been nice or I wouldnt have paid the extra for fast delivery) the items took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did I had been sent the wrong colour. Turns out i has ordered the wrong one but if I had of been sent the order I wouod have been able to spot it before it was too late. I explained this and was told a staff member had Miss typed my email address and thats why I didnt receive it. I was then told if I posted the item back I would be refunded for that + postage. I posted the item back and 3 months later still havent received my refund. I was told they havent received the item. Im sorry but I sent it, so you must have it. So I wont be using this company again, is just too much hassle than its worth.
