So I placed an order on the 9th of August, my order shows that I am "In Print" (for 2 days Asking what that means, I was not given an answer) I even payed for a faster shipping 2 day option but I can't even get a real status update for my simple order that was formatted for them & they just needed to send the file to print & then set it on the machine to cut them. Very upsetting.

I had been using GotPrint for years! Never had an issue for years and years. I had one mistake they fixed it reprinted and it was fine. Last year I ordered another round and they printed the cards backwards. I complained and asked to fix it and they told me it was my fault for uploading it incorrectly. I checked the proof and it looked right on the proof. Annoyed I just went somewhere else thinking it was just that customer service rep and whatever. This last week (a year later) I put in another order. I like how easy their order process is online and I wasnt getting difficult cards. Same thing. My proof shows the position correctly. The cards are backwards. Again I put in an issue request to have them fixed, this morning I am told by their Quality Assurance felt that its my fault even though my proof shows how I uploaded is correct, so meaning whoever printed them ignored the positioning even though it clearly shows it on the proof. They offered me a $5 discount to reprint. Disgusting customer service. It wasnt that a mistake was made its that they refuse to fix it and for that Ill never use them again. PS the paper quality of the cards were awful too but Im sure thats also my fault.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! I've been trying to get a refund after a terrible printing job and they've been trying to make it complicated enough for me to give up. We've been going back and fourth through emails for weeks. I purchased 6 double sided foam boards. 1 never arrived. 4/5 had black marks (must be a printing error) all over the back of the boards (see images, they are close ups so you can see the printing mess). Only 1 board (that had no text) was usable. They claim "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" for first time customers. I obviously would much rather the boards have been printed correctly but they were not. After refusing to give me a refund on the 5 boards (including the one that never arrived, I am not asking for a refund on the board that had no errors even though they were all meant to be used as a set), they now want me to ship these large foam boards back to them and pay for shipping in order to get a refund. shipping large irregular objects is costly and would cost me as much as the "refund". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! if you ever have an issue they will NOT help you and take your money.
