This was a beautiful place to watch the sunset, but it got cold quick! Dress is layers and/or bring a blanket. The bathrooms here are not open later than the visitor's center, which closes at 5 pm, so keep that in mind if you are planning on hiking later or viewing the sunset. There are also great hiking trails between Lands End and China Beach with several beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge. In low tide, you can also see the remains of three different shipwrecks.
