Sorry for your experience, my staff informed me that it took quite some time to get a final approval on the order and it was no issue to return money however the process has already been started in a custom order because of the type of cards you ordered which takes quite a bit more time also considering there was a card stock shortage and delays in shipping which we could not control again we are sorry for the experience you had and glad you received your order.

Save your time and money. August 10th- placed my order I didnt receive anything. Late august, when I realized they just couldnt produce what I asked, I requested a refund and I was ghosted. Early September- I showed up and asked for a refund Ricky then accused me of doing a charge back on a debit card, which I paid cash for this order. He insisted I still get the cards. October 2nd- I finally got a response via email from the artist. October 14th I asked for an update bc I still received nothing. October 20th- I finally just settled on what little effort they gave me bc they just copied and pasted what design I gave them and got whatever I could get. The whole month of November I called MULTIPLE times to get a refund bc I still was not receiving any update or product. Ricky refused to call me back, even thought I would leave my phone number with the front desk. Refused to give me a refund multiple times and finally December 6th- 4 months later, I got my order in. Never again.
Great service and great staff! Attended the Ribbon Cutting.
