Work with this agency at your own risk. You have been WARNED. No, seriously!!!! My experience was so bad that I almost gave up on traveling altogether.

I worked two contracts with this company and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. My recruiter never was in my corner and constantly talked to me as if I were an idiot. I had to fight for hours with guaranteed pay and the hospital which held my contract treated me as if I were an extra which could be called off anytime they desired. My recruiter literally told me my pay "would never, ever increase" and she tried to make me believe I couldn't do better elsewhere. After literally sitting in a hotel room 1000 miles from home waiting to work, I got called off again due to low census and I packed my bags, left and never looked back. The thing is with this company, they have a huge, grand building with way too many employees which you will ultimately pay for with all your hard work. They receive just as much as the other travel companies for what you do but the difference here is that they keep a larger portion of your earnings to pay for that grandiose building and the 15 or so people it takes them to process your hard work. They talk to you as if you are "just a hired hand" because that is all they think of you and your work. I know dozens of other coworkers which have gone on to other agencies and are happy they did. I am one of them. If you value your hard work as I do, run away from this one and don't look back. If you choose to take a contract from them anyway, well.....I told you so. Jesus may forgive but a mistreated employee doesn't forget.
