Paid for items and two months later I still don't have my items I need for my job. They have fast response time however all the emails I have dealt from main support, hardly anything that should be capitalized isn't.To me, that looks unprofessional and sends the message that it either isn't worth the time or it just doesn't matter.
They wouldnt work with just one item but assured me that EmbroidMe in Fishers would and they send all their customers there for this service. So I drive to Embroid Me in Fishers and was told it wasn't worth it for them to embroid just one item. Wow. No one wants to do a special service anymore I guess. Hope both these businesses realize lost a customer for life. 3-22-18 Update Response to owner. What a crock. How would you lose money by embrodering 8 words onto a hat ? How about the money I lost wasting a trip to your store and then over to Fishers which your employee clearly stated that you send all that type of embroidering to Embroid Me. So obviously they have done it and thanked you for sending them service. You must have a working relationship with them. If they no longer do individual items maybe they should have let you know before you send more people thete for no reason.
I would look else where for your printed needs. If you have to deal with anyone from this company hopefully its not Brandi, unprofessional and full of excuses.
