When I first spoke with Jeff he was so enthusiastic and excited to print my shirt but that quickly changed to very slow responses and unprofessional emails. I bought my shirts online and went to McKenzie T-Shirts have them printed on. I sent my artwork request via email after I spoke with him on the phone April 9th, dropped off the shirts and didnt receive a proof until April 23rd. It wasnt what I asked for and I kindly replied with my requested changes only to wait another 6 days for him to say if this isnt what I wanted, he was going to bail on the order. I literally asked for a 1-color design and provided the shirts. What kind of business gives up on an order after theyve wasted a month of your time? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Jeff and his son Blaze are diligent and dedicated to their work. The people who have left ranting reviews must be projecting their own insanity, because this t-shirt shop only treats customers and their orders with the utmost respect and attention to detail.

Loved this place I called in looking for a shirt for my cousins fueneral at last minute they said theyd do what they could ! The detail was amazing and the pricing was affordable I recommend this place so much !

Horrible experience. No communication and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I do no recommend. They will not reply to your emails so you have to hound them by phone. Told me one price initially, then charged over $100 more. They waited until the day before my event to tell me the price in the hopes of forcing me to pay. I found another shop the same day to complete my work at a fraction of the cost.
